The story of one California girl reaching for her dreams, pulling out her hair, and studying for the bar exam. Amanda, a 24 year old (almost) lawyer, migraine sufferer, idealist, and perfectionist. Likes: things to do lists, thank you notes, puns, and a good margarita. Dislikes: selfish people, clowns, republicans, and vegetables.

Welcome to Barely Legal: The Blog; This blog is run by two recent law school grads, Russ and Mike. Back when we were still law students, this was the most popular law student run blog in the world. Now, who knows what we are or what this blog is. Nevertheless, everything on this blog is uncontroverted fact, and should be interpreted as such.

Clearing the Bar (Exam) -- VISIT |
|
I graduated from a California law school in May 2006 and then failed the July 2006 CA Bar Exam. This blog was originally created as a chronicle of my bar experience, in the hopes of aiding others and amusing myself. It is now a therapeutic outlet for my pain and struggles as I prepare for the February 2007 exam. I still maintain that it will probably not be of interest to anyone but me. =)
