Here are mine, in that order..
Evidence, Torts/possibly mixed with remedies, Criminal Law, PR/Corp. After these,
CP, Contract, and trust are other high possibilities, but then again, who really knows lol
And chances are Wills won't be on there, that's all I have been able to come up with. |

Crim Law/Crim Pro has been skipped twice now, so this might be one of the topics. Also, it would seem that one way or another, PR is tested virtually every time, either as a full-blown essay, cross-over, or both. PR was skipped only twice since July 2001. Next, Real Property seems to only get skipped once after being tested, so it is due again. A combination of Wills and Trusts does not usually get skipped more than once, so I would expect one or the other to show up in July. Community Property has been skipped twice now, so it may be due as well. Last, I noticed that most exams include either Contracts, Torts, or both, so chances are one of them would show up. Still, it is probably best to study all of the subjects just to be sure.

Posted By MABar2CABar on 04 Jul 2009 06:12 PM Jus, no worries, I got you. Here's a simple "formula" to follow: 1) Pick an animal (preferably a mammal, bar examiners love this) 2) Google the animal you have chosen 3) Draw to the best of your abilities. Compare to past drawings, there are numerous examples in the back of the barbri books. I do about 2 drawings a day, sometimes just the outline of one. Hope this helps Jus! Hahahaha...that was good. I think I can handle that. Gotta love that East Coast sense of humor. Good Luck to ya. |
