Does it matter?  It is just a guess.   Don't get me wrong... I like Barbri but in the end... it is only a guess

In fact everyone is guessing, and is interested in the guesses in others' mind.

Steve Bracchi with PMBR is notorious for making essay predictions with frightening accuracy. I would certainly like to know if anyone has attended PMBR for this exam and witnessed or heard any such predictions.

PMBR doesn't even teach state specific subjects. Why would you trust PMBR to predict what's going to be on the essay portion of the exam? Study everything. Predictions are worthless.

Nobody can study everything; and even if you can, you cannot remember everything.  Predictions (even if only 50% accuracate) would help a lot!

Here are mine, in that order..

Evidence, Torts/possibly mixed with remedies, Criminal Law, PR/Corp. After these,

CP, Contract, and trust are other high possibilities, but then again, who really knows lol

And chances are Wills won't be on there, that's all I have been able to come up with.

Listen bonehead, Steve Bracchi is now with PMBR. He used to be with Barpassers and he would NAIL the essay predictions, calling 5 out of 6 or 6 out of 6 correct with great regularity. Suit yourself.

I would say: wills/trusts, crimlaw/pro, Comm Prop, Pr-maybe a crossover, for sure. Other than that, who knows. But just looking at the frequency those subjects are tested and when they are traditionally tested, i would say those are a high probability.

I would predict that Corps won't come up based on the previous exams, but I could be wrong.

Also we will most likley have a property and criminal law/pro essay.

I wish I could eliminate either Evidence Or Civil pro...that would help.

Crim Law/Crim Pro has been skipped twice now, so this might be one of the topics. Also, it would seem that one way or another, PR is tested virtually every time, either as a full-blown essay, cross-over, or both. PR was skipped only twice since July 2001. Next, Real Property seems to only get skipped once after being tested, so it is due again. A combination of Wills and Trusts does not usually get skipped more than once, so I would expect one or the other to show up in July. Community Property has been skipped twice now, so it may be due as well. Last, I noticed that most exams include either Contracts, Torts, or both, so chances are one of them would show up. Still, it is probably best to study all of the subjects just to be sure.

have people taking other courses heard any predictions? the pattern, if there is one, can't be as simplistic as "corps on one year, off the next"

Jus, no worries, I got you. Here's a simple "formula" to follow: 1) Pick an animal (preferably a mammal, bar examiners love this) 2) Google the animal you have chosen 3) Draw to the best of your abilities. Compare to past drawings, there are numerous examples in the back of the barbri books. I do about 2 drawings a day, sometimes just the outline of one. Hope this helps Jus!
