Con Law is the easiest subject on the MBE; it has the highest average score of all 6 subjects.

Get Emmanuel's "Strategies and Tactics for the MBE" in used condition for about $40. It'll help you breakdown Con Law questions so you don't suck it up as much.

Personally speaking, I used to get 66% of Con Law questions pre-Emmanuel, 83% post-Emmaneul.

Can you please give me an example of a great tip you learned from the Emmanuel book for Con Law? I am having a hard time convincing myself to dish out $60 on another study aid. Got plenty of them in front of me with BarBri written on it...

No. I'm busy with other stuff, and don't feel like looking thru Con Law in Emmanuel right now.

If you don't like my advice, take no heed to it.

Hmmm, so you can't remember a Con Law tip off the top of your head? Seems like Emmanuel really did the trick for you!

Sorry, didn't mean for that to come across as rude.

Emmanuel just breaks down what to look for in each sub-category of the subjects.

For example, it breaks down Due Process, Equal Protection, Freedom of religion, etc. into sub-categories, and gives you various tips and tricks to find the best answers in those individual sections.

If I write one specific tip, it's not going to help you. Just browse thru the book if you can find it somewhere, and then buy it if you think it's going to help. If not, then don't buy. Pretty simple.

I know the statistics regarding con law... the easiest subject and whatever. But for some reason, I'm in the same boat. I'm bombing Con Law compared to all 5 other subjects. It's ridiculous. And I even picked up the "Strategies & Tactics" book. It helped me a bit with the other subjects, but my Con Law average hasn't improved at all. I'm losing hope at this point.
