Hi all.

Quick question re alien eligibility - after submitting your application and proofs do you get a letter confirming eligibility or do you just hold tight for the admission ticket?

Have a 4 year LLB(hons) and am Irish qualified but haven't heard anything from NYBOLE - slight palpitations.

I am from the UK and I was in the same position as you two years ago. I submitted everything and then waited for a response which did not come. I called the Board and they told me they were still waiting for my documents. When I told them that I had sent them registered mail and I had proof it was delivered, they asked me to call back later. They found my materials but all I got in the mail was the admission ticket for the exam. If I were you I would call right away if you are taking the exam in July.

Called and all is well - just have to sit tight for the admission ticket.

I'm Irish and in the same boat have have yet to hear anything either I think if we dont get a ticket soon we're in trouble!

Heading over from Ireland and in the same boat, don't even know if they've received my transcripts etc. Think I read somewhere that you only get the admission ticket 2 weeks in advance so we should be ok......heres hoping anyway!

Don't worry - they told me today that the admission tickets will be available for download in a bout 2 weeks.

You can call them to confirm that your transcripts etc have been received and that you meet the eligibility requirements.
