Step up to the plate and swing the bat. You may hit a home run. If you don't, you will be ahead of the game in your preparation for next time, and, you will have experience in taking the exam. You will probably pass. . Time left? Click here: http://www.happycountdown.com/BarExam/index.cfm |

Take the bar exam, even if it's in CA. I had a buddy who studdied for about 1 hours a day for 6 weeks, and 4 hours a day for 2 weeks, and passed. These hours were outside of BarBri lectures. The key is to memorize all the law within the final 2 weeks. Short-term memory. I would take the next 2 weeks to read all the Conviser subjects, find some outlines on here and review those, and do about 200 MBE questions. Over the next 2 weeks, I would write an essay a day and review the outlines, and write a PT on the Sunday before the exam. This is not going to guarantee passing, but should prepare you as well as could be given the time constraints. And the guy I mentioned above was a genius. Went to Harvard Law, graduated in the top 10% of his class, etc. Fucking brilliant.
