NY bar admission

Does anyone know how much in detail I need to list my previous addresses? Before I attended law school, I moved many times, and I can't remember some of those addresses.

Also, will you share any examples of bar admission denial? Google shows past crimes or large debt may be the grounds of denial. (I don't have any debt or criminal record, btw.) Just curious.

Yes to the denial grounds (large debts and past crimes).

Don't you have to provide your addresses of the past 5 years only? I don't
remember for sure though.

NY bar admissions application asks for social security number. Does anyone know why they need it?
