I signed up for a free trial period for around $29-30. I cancelled the subscription on the last day of the trial period and they still charged me. I spoke with a customer service rep and they told me some crap about the timing of my call. I do not remember the exact details but my trial period ended on a sunday or saturday when their offices were closed. I had tried to contact them but to no avail. I asked the CSR for a courtesy and he/she refused. I said, "So much for customer service. Is a $30 courtesy asking for a lot to keep a potential customer? I will not be using your company's services in the future."
It may have been a fluke incident, I may have spoken to a bad CSR, but I still will not work with them.
