I have attempted numerous times to download outlines on ALL4JDS. As requested, I have joined the bar discussion, uploaded an outline, and I am registered/member. Are there any further steps I need to take to download a file?

 | Hope Does anyone have a reliable source with info on when IL will release results? Just speculating, the Board said it would release results in the first two weeks of October, so that would rule out today -as much as I desperately want today to be the day. Have they ever released results earlier than October? The speculation about a midnight release when October 1st officially arrives would make sense given precedent of a midnight release in a prior year. It may also help avoid a crash since some people may be sleeping -if there are such people who can sleep pending release of results - or some people may be too intoxicated to care or to successfully log-on. If results are staggered starting at 11:30am on Saturday, in what order? Alphabetical? Those who failed first? Does anyone have an inside source?!

 | mardigras TOTALLY STRESSING! I'm taking the Alabama bar exam this time and am doing the substantive Kaplan online course. I am totally stressing, because I have not yet made it through all of the lectures. I have not even begun to practice essays or MPTs yet. Anyone else in my same boat? Why are these lectures so LOOOOONGGGG and are they really ALL NECESSARY?? I have been keeping up with my MCs, though, but am still only batting a 55-68% depending on the subject matter. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 | hcb I think I accidentally posted this to another group. Oops! I graduated from law school in Indiana in 1984. I didn't need the bar exam for the work I ended up doing--legal editing for a big legal publisher and then running my own editorial-services business--and here I am, all these years later, studying for the Florida bar exam. The BARBRI course I'm taking has been going on for almost three weeks. My quiz scores aren't great. Is there any hope for me? I figure if my quiz scores don't improve, maybe it's pointless to even take the bar in July. Sigh.
