1. Roman numeral or "K-type" questions (e.g., I is true, but II and III are not true);
2. "None of the above" or "All of the above" answer choices;
3. A series of questions relating to a single fact pattern. Now, only one question will relate to each fact pattern;
4. The words "if" and "unless" in most answer choices.

This is very important to read along with the strategies and tactics book.  Being able to break down the language of the exam can raise your MBE score significantly.

I retook the MBE in February '09 and went from 133 July '08 to 143 using Adaptibar, I missed the Feb. essay in my state by one question. Thankfully I don't have to take the MBE in July. I did 1400 Adaptibar questions, they are actual MBE questions and I swear I recognized a good portion on the bar. For the money you can't go wrong plus being on the computer I did them wherever I had Internet access.
