I put together a document that is publicly editable on Google Docs: http://is.gd/XWWJBp (Google chewed up the formatting a bit when I uploaded it) It contains a summary of the issues that came up in the New York essays from 2011 to 2005. Maybe it is of some help to somebody. I'd be interested in hearing any predictions for July 2011. According to Joe Separac, not many of the issues from a preceding bar exam show up on the next one. One thing that struck me about last February was that there was only one relative small issue on contracts in the middle of the first question (about 3rd party beneficiary's rights). Perhaps we'll see a fuller question on contracts in July? Any other comments or predictions?
