On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, Charlotte School of Law students will be sitting for the North Carolina Bar Exam. Some will be deluded into thinking they have a chance of passing. Most, by now, have accepted they never will. The end is near for CSL, and the only saving grace its graduates might have is in finding unskilled labor opportunities among the throngs of illiterates. Say we have a 1 year lease contract. 4 months into it, renter breaches contract, not having made any payments. owner sues immediately for entire year contract. court awards damages, but not for entire year. can the owner then sue again once the year is up claiming that he erroneously sued for future rent when the damages were not yet ripe or did the court already make that determination in the first lawsuit thanks

This isn't official YET, but I heard from reliable sources that, in an effort to take on new for-profit ventures, InfiLaw will be selling the Charlotte School of Law to Trump University LLC once Trump U reorganizes after the election (regardless of who wins). Charlotte Law will keep its location, faculty, and staff, but the school's name may change to reflect the new ownership.

If your in Los Angeles or Long Beach area, I have all the substantive law books, and bar material's you need. Spending hundreds or even thousands over your law school and bar prep experience on new books is totally unnecessary. New books usually just include a few new cases, you can easily access only and find a holding or new rule. Respond if interested.
