This thread is about how to write rule statements in an essay. Essay writing is very simple if you know how to write it.
ISSUE:
Issue/title should consist of one to three words, not a complete sentence i.e. Third Party Standing, and not, the issue here is whether the party has a standing Underline the Issue.
