In case no one sees my reply on the "MBE Strategies and Tactics" prior thread, these notes come straight from Strategies and Tactics for the MBE by emanuel. I just purchased the newest edition on Amazon for $54. It is totally worth it because in addition to the notes you saw posted in the last thread, it also has actual MC tactics (such as what to do when you see the modifier"unless" in the answer choices) and also has practice questions and explanations after every subject.

Hi,&160; I have heard there are quite a few questions on the MBE on mortgages ( unrecorded, etc.) and that the Barbri and PMBR materials don't do a good job addressing them.&160; Anyone have a good mortgages outline related to the MBE , or a site that has good info &160; Thanks!
