What will be the impact on the jury and how does your client respond to the use of a bow tie? I worked in coronary care unit at a hospital. A doctors' group of cardiologists all wore bow ties. The bow ties evinced others of conservative values, taking things seriously, and traditional values. I think it had a positive effect. In law I do not know.

Ever heard of a trial fee? Some big money even for the associate when you go to trial at certain firms.
