The NCBE announced new security testing guidelines for immediate implementation in the July, 2019 exam. Examinees are now allowed a 2 gallon zip lock bag into which they are to disrobe and place their clothes. Examines will have their heads shaved, after which they will pass through a dermatological examination and into the testing facility. Examinees with an approved accommodation will be allowed exactly one g-string/thong, but banana sacks are not permissible. Comfort animals are now limited to one tarsier, or one common gray squirrel, parrots are no longer permitted due to security concerns. Prescription medications in the form of a placebo are allowed into the testing facility, no other medications are allowed. The prohibition against electronic devices has been expanded to include pace makers. Testing personnel are not responsible for the removal of your pacemaker, however appropriate facilities will be made available for removal at your own expense. Glass eyes are similarly prohibited, anyone requiring an accommodation will be provided with a patch at their own expense. False teeth have been added to the list of prohibitions, please see your proctors for storage in an approved glass of water outside the testing facility.
Examinees found in possession of prohibited items, to have used an analog watch within the previous 12 month period, or anyone knowing how to use a stick shift, may be dismissed from the test, their scores may be cancelled, or they may be summarily executed, as determined by the testing jurisdiction
