Score acceptance: accepts transferred NextGen UBE scores from other adopting jurisdictions at the 615/620 threshold.

Cut and MPRE

Oregon cut score: 615 (July 2026) / 620 (after July 2026) for NextGen UBE; legacy UBE 270 (Feb 2026 final) (500-750 (NextGen) / 400 (legacy) scale). MPRE minimum: 85.

Fee schedule

OR BBE fees for 2026: $1,000 first-time, $1,600 attorney applicant, $375 late fee, $150 laptop fee. February 2026: November 15, 2025. July 2026: April 15, 2026 (timely), May 15, 2026 (late).
