I am taking the Ohio Bar in July, and had gone through law school here, but had never heard of Federal Bar exam--
then again, being in Cleveland, I could have missed lots of things...

The Federal Bar Exam is after you get licensed in your State's bar exam, some courts (Ohio is one of them, so is Florida) require that in order the practice in the US District Court, you have to take another bar exam.
All the bar exam is (for OH at least) is a 50 question True/False exam. I hear it's more of a formality and they don't fail anyone. It's super easy, and it literally takes no more than 15-25 minutes to complete (it took me 20 and i was almost the last one in there!).
Of course, you can submit a Pro Hac Vice motion and pay a few hundred dollars every time you appear instead, but for those (like myself) who will wind up in federal court a lot, it makes it a whole lot easier to take the exam and be done with it. But most states don't have an exam and you can simply waive in.
But back to my original question, if any OH atty's are out there, anyone know how long it takes to get results back? There is absolutely NOTHING online about it and the Bar Examiner proctor specifically said NOT to call the Court and ask! Awesome.

Wow, that has to be a record. Bar Results were emailed today. That's a 6 day turn around!!
